Jaxon “Jax” Rourke, a disgraced extreme sports athlete forced out of the high-octane world of ‘Velocity Racing’ – where pilots ride magnetically-levitated bikes on gravity-defying tracks – who discovers a rival racer is being remotely controlled by a radical neuro-enhancement technology, pushing the limits of human reflexes and perception, and must risk everything to expose the conspiracy, reclaim his reputation, and prevent a deadly cascade of control-hijackings that threaten to turn the sport – and its participants – into puppets in a sinister game.
