Starbolt & The Clockwork Constellation

Twelve-year-old Calyx Vega dreams of being a hero, but her small town thinks she’s just a quiet astronomy nerd. Everything changes when a falling star crashes into her backyard and fuses with her, giving her the power to shape glowing, cosmic armor from starlight. Alongside the star emerges Luz, a half-malfunctioning, half-brilliant miniature robot scout who insists Calyx is the last potential “Starbolt”—a guardian destined to protect the universe’s delicate celestial order.

As Calyx trains under Luz’s chaotic mentorship, a cosmic villain known as The Mechanarch awakens an ancient machine forged from broken constellations. His goal: rewrite the sky into a single mechanized constellation that will bend all worlds to his control. When fragments of the night sky begin falling to Earth, turning animals and machines into twisted stellar monstrosities, Calyx realizes her powers may be the only thing stopping the universe from being refitted into permanent clockwork.

Calyx and Luz journey into the Celestial Lattice, a luminous astral realm where constellations live as animated mythic beings. With their help, Calyx confronts The Mechanarch inside the collapsing Clockwork Constellation. By embracing her instincts—not perfection—she destabilizes his machine and frees the stars, restoring the sky. Returning home, she accepts her new role as a star-powered hero, ready for future adventures with Luz by her side.
