A reckless ex‑street racer who becomes host to a forbidden experimental implant that links his nervous system to localized gravity fields, turning him into a living weapon hunted by the military faction that created it, and as the implant begins resurrecting fragments of the consciousness of its previous, violently deceased test subjects inside his mind, he must outrun both his pursuers and the vengeful ghosts sharing his body before their combined gravitational surges collapse the city around him—and doom him to become the final Gravemind.
